Had a great time with friends! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the access to nearby activities like the Pleasure Pier. We also spent time at the on-site arcade, which was a lot of fun. Overall, a fantastic place for a group getaway.

One downside was the lack of nearby dining options. We had to drive a bit to find good restaurants, which made meals less convenient than expected.

The warm welcome from the private owners made our late arrival during a tropical storm much more manageable. The one-bedroom apartment was comfortable and cozy, perfect for our family. However, the rooms were affected by a lack of proper maintenance and pest control, as we encountered fleas during our stay. The lack of darkness due to external lighting made it challenging to sleep well, and the uncomfortable mattresses did not help either.

The spacious Two-Bedroom Signature Villa offered a fantastic beach view and the pool was a peaceful retreat with fewer crowds. However, the cleanliness was concerning, with dirty windows and hair balls found in the rooms. Also, the persistent timeshare sales pitches detracted from the overall experience, making an otherwise enjoyable stay feel overwhelming at times.
